If you own a domain name that is similar to but different from somebody else's, I don't see that 'somebody else' has the right to complain if his potential visitors visit your site because they don't know his address correctly. Another area with a similar profit generation possibility is 'miss spelt' keywords or descriptions. Is somnerbody going to calim that these, also, should be subject to legislation? Cybersquatting?
